Micha Stunz has started a pen!s enlargement 20 years ago, since then
he had four procedures, including a pen!s pump, saline and eventually
silicone injections. Stunz could not say what is the exact weight of his
giant pen!s as it too heavy to be weighed on his kitchen scales,
he says it weighs between 3 and 4,3kg.

“After
