The former Jigawa state governor, Sule Lamido, who was remanded in prison custody together with his sons over money laundering allegations, has expressed shock over the court’s decision.
The former governor, who, alongside his two sons Aminu and Mustapha, is facing a 28-count charge over alleged corruption and money laundering that amounts to over N1.35billion, was on Thursday remanded by a Federal High Court, sitting in Kano, till September 28.
